Singapore companies dissolved after a winding up
Type a company name, a former name or a UEN. 6,748 dissolved companies, from the ACRA file of 16 September 2026.
Do you still hold this company's records? Its internal data may still have value — see the data of a company that no longer exists. Or a dated record report.
What this is
When the winding up of a Singapore company is finished, ACRA marks it “Dissolved”, with the kind of winding up that ended it. This site lists the companies dissolved that way whose last annual return dates from 2015 or later: the name, the UEN, how it ended, the last annual return, the activity, the last registered address and the previous names.
Who uses it
- Creditors and former customers — the company no longer answers: was it wound up, and how?
- Former employees — find a former employer under the name it had.
- Still being wound up? — see Singapore companies in liquidation.
What it is not
Not ACRA, not BizFile, and not a certificate. The open file gives no date of dissolution; the last annual return is the nearest indication of when the company was last active. A members' voluntary winding up is a solvent one: most companies here did not fail. Companies struck off without a winding up are not on this site.
